Tea taster Comment: Sungma SFTGFOP1 Muscatel This tea is produced
in late Second Flush 2011. The liquor is golden yellow, with fair
body and delicate muscatel flavour.
Tasting comments: This Jungpana tea is an excellent bright tea
picked at early first flush. The tea has bright yellow liquor and
mild astringent taste, characteristic of a Darjeeling first flush
and delicate aroma. One of the best first flush invoices. Plucking
was done from the Upper section of the garden which produces the
better quality tea on average.

Muscatel is an exceptional tea of early 2nd flush 2010. The appearance
is twisted and wiry with tips, hence the name Wiry. The infusion
is copperish brown with pleasant aroma with a hint of muscat grapes
in the aftertaste.
Tea taster Comment: Margarets Hope -Margarets Hope FTGFOP1 (China)
is a tea of late 2nd flush 2010. The leaf appearance is dark, characteristic
of 2nd flush teas, and the liquor is bright with sweet aroma.

Tea taster Comment: Halmari BOP: A highly prized second flush CTC
tea from an Upper Assam Garden. Infusion is dark brown. This is
one of the best Assam of peak 2nd flush 2011.The size is bold and
even, the liquor is strong, typical of second flush, without being
harsh.
